Summer is in full swing at Dolcetto, and we have some updates for you.
• Let our new bar manager Jade Lautebach create a cocktail just for you or submit your favourite cocktail to him and win dinner for two if we choose yours.
• Chef Julie has been working with local farmer Jake on only the freshest ingredients for her great feature pizzas coming, try the fig and prosciutto it’s incredible. She is now available Friday’s and Saturday nights for any cooking or recipe questions – just ask for her!
• The sangria is flowing, white or red, marinated for a month. It is incredible!

Start with our Arancini – crispy balls of risotto, aged provolone and bocconcini, served with our arrabiatta sauce; or our Mushroom and Gorgonzola Crostini – portobello, cremini, oyster mushrooms, balsamic onions, fresh rosemary on a ciabatta.
Then move on to one of our egg dishes – at Dolcetto, all of our egg dishes feature farm fresh, free range eggs.

We are so lucky to have our parternship with Jake at Conquer Farms. His stock supplies us with all of our produce for the fall season. He delivers squash, tomatoes, onions, peppers, guords, pumpkins and more to our back door once a week. When you eat at Dolcetto, you can feel good about eating vegetables grown from neighbouring farms and supporting Ontario Farmers
On Tuesday March 24th, 20 members of our Social Club enjoyed a five-course meal to try out some of the new items on our menu. We loved their feedback and look forward to more menu tasting events like this!

Prosecco Conegliano with Oysters and Warm Italian Olives
Tribolo Montecucco wth Eggplant Rotolo and the Le Pecuri Pizza
Butternut Chardonnay with Organic Faroe Island Salmon
Chianti Poggio Amorelli with a short rib ravioli
Moscato D’Asti with a Trio of desserts including dark chocolate and olive oil truffles

Amazing ACT Now Charity Event Night! Jan 19, 2015
ACT Now (Access Cancer Therapies), along with the staff at Dolcetto hosted the “Taste of Italy” Charity Dinner. It was a packed house and everyone enjoyed great wine, great food, and giving to a great cause here in London!!

Congratulazioni to a beautiful couple.
On the morning of January 10th, 2015, these two were joined in marriage and we were thrilled to host their fabulous wedding reception. The Dolcetto team prepared fun, breakfast-style hors d’oeuvres, mimosas and a lovely brunch selection for 116 people. We were incredibly honoured to be a part of such a special day and wish them a lifetime of happiness!
Finding a cannoli shell that was as light and as fresh as we were looking for seemed impossible so, we decided “why not make our own?”
After some time spent searching and experimenting with a press we found the one we liked – an old fashioned Pizelle press.
Using a traditional Italian recipe we tested tried, tasted and adjusted until we were happy with the taste, the freshness and the crispness of the shell.
Stuffed with our housemade cream filling these cannolis are the final touch to your dinner.
