Summer is in full swing at Dolcetto, and we have some updates for you.
• Let our new bar manager Jade Lautebach create a cocktail just for you or submit your favourite cocktail to him and win dinner for two if we choose yours.
• Chef Julie has been working with local farmer Jake on only the freshest ingredients for her great feature pizzas coming, try the fig and prosciutto it’s incredible. She is now available Friday’s and Saturday nights for any cooking or recipe questions – just ask for her!
• The sangria is flowing, white or red, marinated for a month. It is incredible!
